摘 要:本文建立了合理的有限元模型,对腹杆截面不对称圆钢管搭接节点进行材料和几何非线性计算,得出的极限承载力具有相当的准确度。由分析可知,把直径较大和壁厚较厚的腹杆作为贯通腹杆节点,其极限承载力较高且构造较为合理。当搭接腹杆直径变小、壁厚变薄后,CW和TW型搭接节点极限承载力均相对对称节点下降。通过对公式的计算结果与钢管节点数据库中腹杆不对称圆钢管搭接节点试验结果进行比较可知,计算公式可以准确地预测腹杆截面不对称搭接K型节点极限承载力。The rational FEA model was established in this paper ,for non-linear calculation of ultimate capacity of CHS overlapped joints with different section of braces. The ultimate capacity of CHS overlapped joints with greater diameter and thickness of through brace is reasonable. When diameter and thickness of lap brace became smaller, the ultimate capacity of both CW and TW type overlapped joints decreased compared with symmetrical overlapped joints. By comparing calculation result of formulae with experiment result of overlapped joints with different section of brace, it could be concluded that the formulae can accurately predict ultimate capacity of CHS overlapped K-joints with different section of braces.
