Effects of Water-nitrogen Coupling on Photosynthesis Characteristics and Yield of Spring Wheat under Drip Irrigation Condition

摘  要:以春小麦新春6号为材料,在滴灌技术条件下,研究了3个滴水处理(W1.1500 m3.hm-2,W2.3000m3.hm-2,W3.4500 m3.hm-2)和3个氮肥水平(N1.0,N2.150 kg.hm-2,N3.300 kg.hm-2)对春小麦光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明,不同水氮耦合处理中,滴灌春小麦的Pn、Gs、Ci均比传统畦灌有所提高,叶绿素含量下降较慢。相同水分条件下,随着滴氮量的增加春小麦Pn和叶绿素含量逐渐升高;相同氮肥处理下,其开花期Pn随滴水量的增加而增加,叶绿素含量则减少。其中,处理W2N3、W3N2在生长后期能够维持较高的Pn、Gs和Ci,表现出较高的水肥利用效率,并且其产量效应明显。A split-plot design experiment was performed to study the effect of the coupling of water and nitrogen on photosynthesis characteristics and yield of spring wheat by different water and nitrogen application amount under drip irrigation condition. The results showed that photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and intercellular CO2 concentration under drip irrigation condition were higher than that of conventional irrigation in different treatments of the coupling of water and nitrogen amount, whereas descending rate of chlorophyll content was lower. Photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content increased with nitrogen amount in the same water amount. The photosynthetic rate with water amount showed the same phenomenon in the same nitrogen amount, whereas chlorophyll content decreased. The tested photosynthesis characteristics and yield in the treatment of W2N3 and W2N2 kept higher during the late growth period, indicating the higher efficiency of water and nitrogen and yielding more.
