Genetic Diversity Analysis of QPM Inbred Lines in Northwest Drought Region Using Phenotypic and SSR Markers

摘  要:对西北旱区有代表性的30份优质蛋白玉米(QPM)自交系农艺性状的分析表明,大部分自交系在一个类群内,但仍有部分自交系独立成群。SSR分析表明,每对引物可以检测到3~8个等位基因,29对引物共检测到141个等位基因,平均每个位点检测到4.86个等位基因。SSR标记聚类分析和主坐标分析将这些材料分为4个类群,但大部分仍集中在黄改系群内。表明西北旱区QPM玉米自交系来源较单一,遗传多样性差,仅少部分自交系较为独立,可以有针对性的进行保存和改良利用。Analysis of agricultural characters about 30 representative QPM(quality protein maize) inbred lines in Northwest drought region showed that a majority of the inbred lines were grouped together and a few inbred lines were grouped independently. SSR analysis showed that each pair of primers detected 2-8 alleles,29 pairs of primers detected 141 alleles and at each locus 4.86 alleles on the average. SSR marker clustering analysis divided these materials into four groups and majority of the inbred lines were still concentrate in the Huanggai group. All of these showed that in Northwest drought region, the origin of QPM maize inbred lines was single and the genetic diversity was poor; only a small number of inbred lines were more independence, these inbred lines can be conserved and improved with specific target.
