摘  要:将草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩、炉渣等按照不同组合与配比制成15种复合基质,用于茄子穴盘育苗,研究其对茄子幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光的影响。结果表明,T5、T7、T9 3种复合基质由于具有较好的理化性质,显著促进了茄子幼苗的生长,其叶片数、叶面积、地上与地下部干鲜质量显著高于其他处理,而且叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、qP、ETR等均较高;其次为处理T1、T6,T11、T14、T15的茄子幼苗的生长在某些方面相对较好;而T3和T4处理茄子幼苗生长较差,不适合茄子无土穴盘育苗。从理化性质、成本以及幼苗生长、叶绿素荧光参数等指标综合考虑,T7、T9比较适合茄子穴盘育苗,可在生产上推广应用。Eggplant seedlings were grown in 15 compound substrates composed of peat moss,vermiculite, perlite, and coal ash, the changes of the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were evaluated. Results showed that eggplant seedling grown in the substrate T5, T7,and T9 performed the increase of leave number,leave area,fresh weight and dry weight of supraterraneous and subterraneous part,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as the ratio of variable fluorescence and maximum fluorescence (Fv/Fm), photochemical quenching (qp), electron transport rate (ETR), etc, which demonstrated that T5,T7,and T9 were suitable for the tray breeding of eggplant seedlings owing to the better physical and chemical characters of the substrates promoting the growth of eggplant seedlings. Secondly, T1, T6, T11, T14, and T15 substrates were shown better effect on the growth of eggplant seedlings, while T3 and T4 were not suitable for the culture of eggplant seedlings for their worse effect on the growth of eggplant seedlings. In conclusion, considering the evaluated indices of seedlings, the physical and chemical characters,and the cost of the substrates, T7 and T9 substrates were suitable to produce the seedling production in the tray breeding of eggplant.
