摘 要:针对内蒙古电力交易市场方案没有计及不同交易对系统损耗影响差异的问题,结合内蒙古电力交易市场以"协商交易为主、竞争交易为辅"的特点,根据2节点间边际损耗系数相对值的比例关系与平衡节点位置无关的特点,针对双边协商交易市场模式,提出一种基于交易的边际损耗分摊方法。通过运用等效双边交易(equivalent bilateral exchanges,EBE)原则将该方法扩展应用到集中交易市场模式。该方法克服了节点边际损耗系数法分摊结果与平衡节点位置有关的问题,能够直观反映交易双方输电距离的远近,易于被市场成员理解和接受。实例验证了其有效性和可行性。Aimed to Inner Mongolia electric power market program without taking into account the different impact of various transactions on the system loss, combined with the characteristics of the market, according to the feature that the proportional relation of relative value of marginal loss coefficient between two buses does not relate to the position of slack bus, a method to allocate marginal loss for bilateral exchange in bilateral electricity market is proposed. By means of utilizing equivalent bilateral exchange principle, the proposed method is extended and applied to collective transaction mode. The problem that the allocation results by nodal marginal loss coefficient method is related to the position of slack bus is solved by the proposed method, and the transmission distance between the two participants taking part in the transaction can be intuitionally reflected, so it is easy to be understood and accepted by market members. Applying the proposed method to bilateral exchange in a certain provincial power grid to allocate the loss in common transmission network, the allocation result verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
