摘  要:电力市场下自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组的调配问题是辅助服务中的一项重要研究内容。由于AGC服务与有功电能具有较强的耦合性,电力市场下如何考虑AGC和有功功率的协调运作是一个值得研究的问题。分别建立了AGC和有功市场联合调度的模型、AGC和有功市场序列调度模型,使购买AGC服务和有功的费用最小。采用遗传算法在对2个模型进行求解,比较了2种调度方法的异同,并考虑了发电商报价策略对2种调度方法的影响,为我国AGC服务的调度模式的选择提供了参考。Automatic generation control (AGC) unit dispatch is an important research content in auxiliary service of electricity market. Owing to the close relation between AGC service and active energy, how to consider the coordination of AGC service with active power in electricity market is worthy to research. For this purpose, the model of joint dispatching of AGC and active power market and the model of sequential dispatching of AGC and active power market are respectively built to make the cost for purchasing AGC service and active power minimum. Genetic algorithm (GA) is used to solve the two models, and the similarities and differences of the two dispatching methods are compared, meanwhile the impact generation suppliers’ bidding strategy on the two dispatching methods is taken into account.
