剖宫产围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白含量调查分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白的含量。　方法　采用酶免法检测剖宫产分娩围产儿４０例及其母血视黄醇结合蛋白含量。　结果　正常围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白含量（２４ ．９ ±１６ ．５） ｍｇ／Ｌ 高于低体重儿者〔（１９ ．８ ±１７ ．２） ｍｇ／Ｌ〕。围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白含量明显低于母血视黄醇结合蛋白含量。　结论　在正常围产儿与低体重围产儿之间，血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量有显著差异。Objective To investigate cord serum retinol-binding (RBP)protein concentrations in perineonates. Methods The serum concentrations of RBP were determined by enzyme immunoassy (ELISA) in 40 perineonates delivered with selective cesarean section. Results The serum RBP content in normal perineonate 〔(24.9±16.5)mg/L〕 was higher than that of lower weight perineonate 〔(19.8±17.2)mg/L〕.The Cord Serum RBP Contents were much lower than those of maternal serum. Conlusion There was significant difference of the serum RBP concentration between the normal perineonate and lower weight perineonate( P <0.05).
