摘　　要：静脉注射用乳剂丁酸氯维地平能快速、精确地控制血压,适用于不宜口服治疗或口服治疗无效的高血压患者。由于药效短和较好的风险利益关系,该药已成为抗高血压治疗的新选择。现对其药理作用、临床研究及不良反应等做一综述。Clevidipine butyrate injectable emulsion can control blood pressure quickly and effectively. When oral drug therapy is not appropriate for blood pressure control,its rapid action and good benefit-to-risk profile may be a good alternative for antihypertensive treatment. In this article,the pharmacological effects,clinical studies and adverse drug reactions of clevidipine butyrate injectable emulsion were summarized.
