摘 要:目的 比较自动分析仪对ApoA_1和ApoB的测定。方法 使用HITACHI自动生化分析仪(透射比浊法)、Beckman蛋白测定系统(散射比浊法)对ApoA_1、ApoB分别进行线性、精密度、灵敏度、和对比研究。结果 两仪器线性类同,HITACHI仪的ApoA_1线性范围较窄。精密度HITACHI仪测定ApoA_1CV值批内为5.41%,批间5.95;ApoB的批内7.18%,批间8.89%。以及Beckman仪测定ApoA_1批内为2.89%,批间4.40%;测定ApoB批内4.02%,批间3.33%。两种仪器结果比较,ApoA_1 t=0.907,P>0.05 ApoBt=1.311,P>0.05,均无显著性差异。结论 Beckman仪较HITACHI仪为好,后者易于广泛应用。Objective To compare the determination of ApoA1 and ApoB by autoanalyzer. Method Compare the linearity, precision and sensitivity of HITACHI7170A chemistry autoanalyzer (immunoturbidimetric assay, ITA) and Beekman ARRAY 360 systems (immunonephelometry assay, INA) in the determination of apolipoproteinA1, B( ApoA1, B). Results The linearity of both instruments were similar, but with smaller linear range of Apoa1 on HITACHI. The sensitivity of HITACHI for ApoA1: Within- group CV was 5.41% ,Between- groups CV was 5.95% ,for ApoB:7.18% ,8. 89% ,and those of Beekman for ApoA:2.89% ,4.40% ; ApoB:4.02% ,3.33% . respectively. Comparison of the instruments according to the results, ApoA1 t =0.907, P > 0.05; ApoBt =1.311, P > 0, 05, showing no significant difference. Conclusion Beekman's instrument is better than HITACHI's in terms of their performance teses, but HITACHI's can be widely used for the sake of expense .
