摘 要:研究适当应激对衰老小鼠海马线粒体膜流动性的影响。D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠同时进行游泳应激训练(18℃,15min),连续6周后,以DPH为荧光探针,检测小鼠海马线粒体膜粘滞系数,同时测定线粒体丙二醛含量的变化。衰老组小鼠海马线粒体膜流动性降低,MDA生成增加,而18℃水温下的游泳训练能使衰老时线粒体中的MDA含量减少,膜流动性增加。适当的应激可能通过减轻自由基的损害而增加衰老小鼠海马线粒体膜的流动性。The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of proper stress on the fluidity of mitochondrial membrane in hippocampus of aging mice.The experiments were carried out on aging Kunming mice induced by Dglactose under swimming stress for six weeks. Using DPH as fluorescent probe,the viscous coefficient() of mitochondrial membrane was determined,and the content of MDA in mitochondria of hippocampus was measured by relative agent box.We found that the fluidity of mitochondrial membrane in hippocampus of aging mice reduced,and the content of MDA in mitochondria increased. But the swimming stress at 18 water temperature for 15 min can enhance the fluidity of mitochondrial membrane and reduce the content of MDA in mitochondria of aging mice.The results suggest that the proper stress could be enhance the fluidity of the mitochondrial membrane of hippocampus in aging mice by alleviating the damage of free radicals.
