摘　　要：多年来，人们一直试图弄清阿片类物质身体依赖性的机制，本文从阿片类物质造成身体依赖所牵涉的神经核团、神经递质系统，阿片类物质身体依赖时细胞内生化过程及基因转录、表达水平的变化等几个方面对阿片类物质身体依赖性的机制研究现状做了系统的介绍。The mechanisms of opioid physical dependence remained unclear for years.In the present review,we have discussed the recent progress in the following topics:(1)reuroanatomic site and neurotransmitters participating the mechanism of opioid physical dependence;(2)the biochemical procedures and changes in gene transcription and expression under the condition of opioid physical dependence.
