摘 要:目的 探讨病人脑脊液中出现特异的IgG寡克隆区带对中枢神经系统体液免疫异常性疾病的诊断价值.方法 使用美国海伦娜公司Spife 3000型电泳仪及配套的相关试剂.同时采取517例神经系统疾病患者血清及脑脊液标本,进行等电聚焦加免疫印记金染色电泳.结果 多发性硬化组,脑脊液寡克隆区带阳性率为36.4%;中枢神经系统感染性疾病组,阳性率为43.8%;中枢神经系统非感染组,阳性率为7.1%.结论 进行脑脊液电泳,检查病人是否有典型的寡克隆区带的形成,是中枢神经系统体液免疫异常性疾病早期诊断重要的、必不可少的依据.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the emergence of the IgG-specific oligoclonal bands in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients in humoral immune abnormalities in central nervous system diseases. Methods The use of American and Helena Spire 3000 companies electrophoretic devices and related ancillary reagents.The serum and cerebrospinal fluid specimens of the 517 patients with central nervous system disease in our hospital were taken at the same time,and were tested by the isoelectric focusing electrophoresis Western-blot staining, Results The positive rat ofoligoclonal bands in cerebrospinal fluid was 36.4% in multiple sclerosis group; the positive rate was 43.8% in the central nervous system infectious diseases group;the positive rate was 7.1% in non-central nervous system infection. Conclusions The electrophoresis of cerebrospinal fluid to check a typical oligoclonal bands formation,is important for early diagnosis of the central nervous system abnormalities of humoral immunity disease.
