摘  要:研究了二相互补码信号在高频地波雷达中的应用。介绍了互补码的常用构造方法,分析其非周期自相关特性,并与m序列码的压缩性能进行了对比。互补码信号具有理论零副瓣电平,克服了一般相位编码信号的高副瓣问题。针对高频地波雷达发射脉冲较宽导致近距离回波遮挡严重的问题,根据互补码的分段互补特性,提出采用距离分段匹配的脉冲压缩方法。该方法可以有效克服回波信号按码型完全匹配时产生的高副瓣问题。由于高频波段波长长,多普勒敏感性可以忽略。分析结果表明:互补码信号应用于高频地波雷达,既可以获得低距离副瓣,又可以有效地解决近距离探测问题,因而提高了地波雷达的目标检测性能。Application of complementary code to HF surface wave radar (HFSWR) is discussed in this paper. Some common methods to construct the code are firstly introduced in brief, and the features of aperiodic auto-correlation are analyzed; then a comparison of compression performance between the code and m sequence is made. The complementary code has zero-level sidelobe and is thus superior to other biphase codes of high-level sidelobe. For the overlapped echoes of short range in time with the transmit signal, a new compression scheme called range segmenting matching (RSM) is proposed based on the partial complementary feature of the code. The scheme can effectively obviate the occurrence of high-level sidelobe when the code type is completely matched. Owing to the long wavelength of HF radio, the effect of Doppler frequency on matched filtered can be ignored. The analysis shows that adopting the complementary code, HFSWR can implement the detection of short range targets and achieve low-level range sidelobe, thus an improved detection performance.
