摘  要:空冷凝汽器是发电厂冷端系统中的主要设备,其工作性能好坏直接影响机组能否安全经济运行。以600MW直接空冷机组为研究对象,建立了空冷单元的物理数学模型。使用FLUENT软件对直接空冷系统迎峰度夏中在空冷散热器下方加装喷水雾化装置进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明,加装有喷水雾化系统的空冷单元,可以显著地降低空冷散热器入口空气的温度和单元出口的空气温度,很好地改善空冷单元的传热状况;直接空冷机组安装喷水雾化系统后散热效率明显提高,有效地降低系统的背压,是解决机组迎峰度夏安全经济运行的有效手段。Air-Cooled Condenser(ACC) is the key equipment of the cold end system in power plant and its performance has a direct impact on the safe and economic operation of power unit.The physical and mathematical models of a 600MW unit are established.The 3D numerical simulation of ACC system with the spray humidification device at the bottom of air-cooled condenser is given by using the FLUENT for the economic operation of unit in summer.The results indicate that both the inlet and outlet air temperature of ACC decline remarkably through the spray humidification device and improve the heat transfer in ACC.Both the heat exchange efficiency and the vacuum in the ACC are improved obviously.The method can keep the power unit operating safely and economically during the hot summer season.
