天津电网发展与经济发展协调性分析

摘　　要：电网规划建设将纳入当地经济社会发展规划和城乡总体规划、土地利用总体规划等相关规划范畴,城市电网发展与经济发展能否协调统一是当前的主要问题。城市政府部门和电网经营企业必须协调好电网发展和城市发展的关系,如何评价城市电网和经济发展的协调性,促进其协调统一是一个待解决的问题。首先分析了天津城市的经济发展及电网发展历程;其次,基于Granger因果关系检验研究了天津城市经济及电网发展的关系,由此建立了经济及电网发展协调度模型;最后对天津城市电网和经济发展协调性进行了算例分析,结论表明天津城市电网与其经济发展的协调性是逐步优化的。Power grid planning and construction will be included in the local economic and social development plan,the urban and rural planning,land use planning and other relevant planning.The principal problem the needs to be addressed at present is the coordination development of the city’s power network and economy.Municipal government departments and power grid enterprises should work together to coordinate the urban development and the power network development.On the basis of an analysis of the history of Tianjin＇s economic and power network development,a synergistic model for economic and power network development was established based on Granger causality test and a case study was conducted on the synergy of Tianjin＇s urban economy and power network.The result shows that the synergy between Tianjin＇s urban power and economic development is gradually optimized.
