摘　　要：针对巩义电厂6号机组空气预热器控制柜双路电源切换试验过程中空气预热器跳闸的现象,从硬接线回路和分散控制系统软逻辑特点2方面进行了详细的原因分析,并在未更改柜内电气硬回路的情况下,通过完善远方控制组态软逻辑,给出了合理的控制方案,解决了这一故障。An analysis is made,from the perspective of the hard-wired logic circuits and the characteristics of DCS soft logic,on the problems of air preheater trip occurring in the process of testing the air heater control cabinet’s dual power switch for the No.6 Unit of Gongyi Power Plant.Through improvement of the configuration soft logic a reasonable solution is provided for this problem without changing the control hard-wired circuit.
