摘 要:将耐候钢冷弯成角钢加工制造输电铁塔,可以大幅减少传统的热镀锌防腐对环境的污染,具有良好的经济和社会效益。以厦门220kV梧侣—内官输电线路工程为依托,在国内首次开展耐候冷弯角钢输电铁塔的试点应用工作。根据设计及气候条件,研究、选用Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢,设计、加工耐候冷弯角钢铁塔,并进行真型试验测试,结果表明铁塔设计满足设计要求。目前,耐候冷弯输电铁塔已在输电线路中成功建设投运,为下一步的推广应用奠定了基础。Compared with traditional corrosion prevention of transmission towers by hot galvanizing,weathering and cold-formed steel transmission tower can reduce environmental pollution greatly,which shows remarkable economical and social benefits.Trial application of weathering and cold-formed steel transmission towers were made out for the first time in China,based on the project of 220 kV transmission line from Wulv to Neiguan.The high strength weathering steel of Q450 NQR1 is selected for the transmission towers according to the design and local weather conditions.A prototype tower test was carried out in the Transmission Tower Test Base of State Grid Corporation of China,and the results show that this kind of tower can well withstand the design loads.At present,the weathering and cold-formed steel transmission towers have been put into operation successfully,which will provide a technical support for its further widespread application in transmission lines.
