摘　　要：国产机组旁路系统存在的设计问题直接影响了旁路系统正常功能的发挥,使运行机组不能适应突然甩负荷的需要。针对国产机组旁路系统普遍存在的旁路蒸汽调整阀布置位置不合理、旁路系统不能实现热备用等问题进行了分析,提出了相应的完善措施。优化后的旁路系统可显著改善大型机组启动及运行的安全性、灵活性。The design defects of the bypass system of the China-made generator units have a direct impact on its normal operation,which can not make the unit in operation adapt to the sudden load rejection situation.An analysis is made on the common problems of the China-made bypass systems,such as improper arrangement of the bypass steam control valves,no hot-standby function,and so on,and relevant optimization measures are proposed.The optimized bypass system can substantially improve the startup,and operation safety and flexibility of large generator units.
