摘　　要：介绍了国内高校图书馆物业管理的形成以及高校图书馆物业管理研究的进展,讨论了高校图书馆物业管理的基本模式和组织结构,提出了高校图书馆物业管理的主要内容、指标体系与质量标准,并积极探讨了高校图书馆物业管理的规范化与信息化。This paper introduces the formation of the property management of university library and the advances in property management research,discusses the basic modes and organizational structure of the property management of university library,puts forward the main contents,index system and quality standard of the property management of university library,and probes into the normalization and informatization of the property management of university library.
