摘　　要：简析了当前高校图书馆的聘任环境,剖析了聘任环境下损伤馆员权利的主要因素,探讨了图书馆忽视馆员权利的现状,提出了维护馆员权利的几条途径。This paper introduces the current appointment environment of university libraries,analyzes the main factors injuring the rights of libraries under the appointment environment,probes into the present situation of libraries＇ignoring the rights of librarians,and puts forward some ways for protecting the rights of librarians.
