摘　　要：介绍了数字化时代图书馆的特点,分析了当前图书馆员的素质现状,指出了提升图书馆员素质的必要性以及提升图书馆员素质的途径和方法。This paper introduces the characteristics of the library in digital era,analyzes the present situation of librarians＇quality,and points out the necessity of improving librarians＇quality and the approaches and methods for improving librarians＇quality.
