摘　　要：在指出竞争情报违背道德问题研究具有重要现实意义的基础上,分析了竞争情报违背道德问题的种种表现,进而提出了重视竞争情报行业的道德自律和加强社会监督两个方面的改进措施。Based on pointing out the important realistic significance of the study on ethics violations in competitive intelligence,this paper analyzes the various representations of ethics violations in competitive intelligence,and puts forward the improvement measures from two aspects of paying attention to ethical self-discipline in competitive intelligence services and strengthening social surveillance.
