摘　　要：对查新机构进行评价,是实现查新工作标准化和整个查新事业规范化的必要手段,也是提高整个查新行业水平的重要保证。分析了查新机构目前存在的问题,探讨了对查新机构进行评价的意义,建构了查新机构评价的指标体系。The evaluation on novelty checking institutions,which is a necessary method for realizing the standardization of novelty checking work and the normalization of the whole novelty checking cause,is an important guarantee to improve the level of novelty checking service. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current novelty checking institutions,probes into the significance of evaluating the novelty checking institutions,and constructs the index system of evaluation on novelty checking institutions.
