摘　　要：目的：研究雌性大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核（ＶＭＨ）神经元内雌激素受体（ＥＲ）的分布。方法：使用胶体金－辣根过氧化物酶－雌二醇（ＣＧ－ＨＲＰ－Ｅ２）标记技术及电子显微镜技术。结果：电镜下观察，胶体金颗粒在ＶＭＨ神经元内分布广泛。在细胞核中密度最大，且大部附于染色质上。在细胞浆中密度较小，主要存在于核周，粗面内质网及线粒体中，在树突和轴突未端也有发现。结论：雌性大鼠的ＶＭＨ为ＥＲ富集区。ＥＲ不仅存在于细胞核内。Objective:Studied the ultrastrctural localization of Estrogen receptors in the ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus in femal rat Methods: Were Used A gold labeled cytochemical method 'Colloidal Gold Horseradish Peroxidase Estradiol' technique and Electon microscope Results: Analysis confirmed distribution of ER throughout the neurons The sensity of ER is higher in nuclei than in cytoplasm ER was also observed in rough endoplasmic reticulum,dendrites and axon terminals Conclusion:The VMH of female rat is a rich area of ER The ER are localized not only in the cytoplasm, but also in nuclei
