摘  要:目的:探讨治疗变形性膝关节炎更有效的方法。方法:总结552例病人,A组248例,口服双氯酚酸钠,每日100mg,分2次服用;B组采用神经阻滞疗法,以康宁克痛配伍为主的复合液进行膝关节腔及周围痛点阻滞。总疗程28d。结果:两组均有明显的疗效,病人的疼痛症状大多有不同程度改善。经χ2检验,第7d时神经阻滞组有效率较高(P<0.05),第14d时两组有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。神经阻滞组在第21d和28d时,有约半数病人趋向于无痛。结论:两种疗法均具疗效。双氯酚酸钠很难使病人恢复至无痛。神经阻滞法则可使病人疼痛消失、功能恢复。Objective: To search for more effective therapy for deformed osteoarthritis Methods: We reviewed 552 patients, of which, 248(Group A) were treated with oral Diclofenac sodium at a dosage of 100mg daily,304(Group B) were treated with block anesthesia combined mainly with KENACORT solution injected in articular cavity of knee and peripheral tender points The whole course is 28days Results: Both groups had obvious effect and symptoms were relived to a greater or less degree The square test was used to analyze the difference between the groups On the seventh day of the course, block anesthesia group had better efficacy ( P <0 05),on the fourteen days after treatment no statistical difference existed between both groups ( P >0 25) The following observation on Group B showed that on the 21st and 28th day of the course, the relief percentage is almost the same as on the 14th day, but about half patients tended to pain-free and healing Conclusion: Both methods had obvious efficacy It was almost impossible for Diclofenac sodium to recover patients to pain-free and its effect depended on regular administration Block anesthesia combined with KENACORT not only had better efficacy but also leaded to pain-free and recovery of knee function Even more outstanding effects were shown in treating peripheral tender points of knee joint and fluid of articular cavity and articular synovial bursa
