健康成人12导联同步心电图的正常心房及心室除极时限标准探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨12导联同步心电图记录健康成人正常心房及心室除极波的时限标准。方法:用美高仪心电工作站记录500例12导联同步心电图,分别采用机测与手测的方法,对心电图的P波及QRS波群时限进行统计分析。结果:P波的机测均值为102.66ms,手测均值为90.38ms,P<0.001;QRS波群的机测均值为101.26ms,手测均值为88.85ms,P<0.001。P波上限修改为<120ms,QRS波群上限修改为<115ms的诊断标准,正确诊断率分别为98.0%及96.0%。结论:传统的心电图P波及QRS波群时限诊断标准,不适合现代心电图的诊断。如果现在仍沿用传统的诊断标准,会增加P波及QRS波群时限的假阳性率。用现代心电图机记录的心电图P波及QRS波群上限标准分别修改为<120ms及<115ms较为合适。Objective：The healthy adult 12 lead unites the synchronized electrocardiogram normal atrium and the ventricle eliminates extremely the time limit standard discussion.Methods：Inspects the workstation with the Mei Gao Yi electricity activity to record 500 examples 12 to lead the joint synchronized electrocardiogram,Uses the machine survey and the manual survey method separately,Affects P wave and the QRS wave group time limit to electrocardiogram to carry on the statistical analysis.Results：The P wave＇s machine survey mean value is 102.66ms,the manual survey mean value is 90.38 ms,P 0.001.P the wave revision is 120 ms,The QRS wave group revision is 115 ms diagnosis standard,Correct diagnosis coincidence rate respectively is 98.0% and 96.60%.Conclusions：Traditional electrocardiogram P affects the QRS wave group time limit diagnosis standard,Does not suit the modern electrocardiogram the diagnosis.If still extended now with the traditional diagnosis standard,Will increase P to affect the QRS wave group time limit the false positive rate.Affects P wave and QRS the wave group with modern electrocardiogram machine record＇s electrocardiogram time limit standard distinction revision is 120 ms,and 115 ms more appropriate.
