摘　　要：目的:探讨开放性胫骨Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的40例开放性胫骨Pilon骨折患者的临床资料。结果:40例开放性胫骨Pilon骨折患者,均获得随访,其中,36例患者I期愈合,4例患者延期愈合,6例患者切口感染,经换药及抗炎处理获得痊愈。骨折愈合时间:6～9个月,平均7.4个月,无踝内翻畸形发生。经Mazur(1979)踝关节评价,优24例,良10例,可5例,差1例,优良率为85.0%。结论:根据开放性胫骨Pilon骨折的骨折类型,选择合适的手术方式和手术时机,对于提高临床效果是十分重要的。Objective：To explore the open tibial Pilon fractures with.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 40 cases admitted to hospital in recent years,open tibial Pilon fractures of the clinical data.Results：40 cases of open tibial Pilon fractures,were followed,of which 36 cases of healing I,4 patients delayed healing,wound infection in 6 patients,by dressing and anti-inflammatory treatment were fully recovered.Fracture healing time：6 ～ 9 months,an average of 7.4 months,no ankle varus deformity.By Mazur（1979） Evaluation of ankle joint,excellent in 24 cases,good in 10 cases,5 cases and poor in 1 case,good rate of 85.0%.Conclusions：Open Tibial Pilon fracture of the fracture type,select the appropriate timing of surgery and surgical programs,for improving the clinical results are very important.
