摘  要:架空乘人装置采用闭式液压传动存在很明显的优势,由于其调速功能和煤矿井下的特殊环境,要求对液压泵进行电控调速,且要具备防爆功能,但国内外对防爆电控变量液压泵的研究还是一片空白。本文就煤矿井下电比例防爆液压泵的实现途径和调速响应性能进行了研究,并对构建的液压泵响应性能进行了仿真,结果及实际应用都证明,构建的液压泵具有良好的调速响应性能,且具备防爆功能。It has distinct superiorities to use Closed-circuit hydraulic transmission system in Colliery-Cableway. But because of special circumstances in colliery and Speed-regulation requirements of Colliery-cableway,the pump must be explosion protectable,and it needs Electro-control way. But there is no research of the Explosion-protection pump at home and abroad. It studies Electro-proportional control methods and Speed-regulation response performances of the pump used in Colliery-Cableway,and has some simulation to it's dynamic response in the paper. The results and practices show that the pump designed performs well in Speed-regulation and Explosion-protection.
