广东籍汉族人系统性红斑狼疮的易感性与补体C4零基因相关分析

摘　　要：目的分析广东籍汉族人系统性红斑狼疮的易感性与补体Ｃ４零基因相关性。方法采用国际参考实验室的方法及计算机凝胶图像光密度分析系统检测４５例广东籍汉族ＳＬＥ患者和７８例广东籍汉族正常人的Ｃ４同种异型，特别是Ｃ４Ｑ０基因。结果ＳＬＥ患者组Ｃ４ＡＱ０（０２１９８）和Ｃ４ＢＱ０（０２１９８）基因频率明显高于正常对照组Ｃ４ＡＱ０（００４４９）和Ｃ４ＢＱ０（００５７７）（Ｐｃｏｒｒ＜０００１）。结论Ｃ４Ｑ０基因（Ｃ４ＡＱ０和Ｃ４ＢＱ０）与广东籍汉族人ＳＬＥ患者遗传易感性有明显相关，其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。Objective To study the association between C4 null alleles and susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus in Hans in Guangdong.Methods The C4 allotypic genes,especially the C4 null alleles of 45 patients with SLE in Hans in Guangdong and 78 matched controls were examined with the methods adopted from the International Refrence Lab and Computer Gel Documentation Analysis System.Results Gene freqnency of C4AQ0 (0 219 8) and C4BQ0 (0 219 8) in patients with SLE was obviously higher than that of normal control group C4AQ0 (0 044 9) and C4BQ0 (0 057 7) with sighnificent difference ( P corr<0 001).Conclusion C4Q0 genes (C4AQ0 and C4BQ0) have a definite association with genetic susceptibility to SLE in Hans in Guangdong,but their action mechanism need further studying.
