区域小杂粮生产优势综合评价指标体系分析

摘　　要：小杂粮是我国的传统粮食作物,也是重要的出口商品。近年来,随着社会经济的发展,具有良好营养价值及保健养生作用的小杂粮在国内外市场上日益走俏。该文综述了近年来国内小杂粮生产的比较优势研究进展,并结合国内小杂粮生产存在的诸多问题,指出合理规划小杂粮生产布局的必要性。在此基础上从小杂粮的适应性、农地的适宜度、小杂粮的品质及安全3个方面建立了一个比较完善的区域小杂粮生产优势综合评价指标体系,对综合评价小杂粮生产优势、合理规划国内小杂粮生产布局起到借鉴作用。Minor crops are Chinese traditional grain crops and important export commodities.In recent years,with the development of society and economy,domestic and international market increasingly pay attention to minor crops,which have good nutritional value,health care and preservation effects.In this paper,research progress about comparative advantage of minor crops production was summarized in recent 5 years.Combined with some negative effects,we found that it was necessary to reasonably plan minor crops production distribution.To make minor crops healthy and sustainable development in China,from three aspects（i.e.adaptability of minor crops,suitability of farmland,quality and safety of minor crops）,a relative integrity indicator system of regional production superiority of minor crops was established.The study provided a reference for comprehensively assessment on production superiority of minor crops,and reasonably planning minor crops production distribution.
