摘　　要：用两种抗人促甲状腺素（hTSH）单克隆抗体、固相试管包被技术建立了hTSH免疫放射分析法。方法的灵敏度为0．03mIU／L，批内、批间变异系数均小于5％，与人促卵泡激素、促黄体激素和绒毛膜促性腺激素的交叉反应率均小于1％，药盒在4℃下存放六周分析结果稳定，适用于临床诊断甲亢症。It was reported that an immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) for intact human thyrotropin in serum was developed based on two monoclonal antibodies against intact hTSH. The sensitivity was 0. 03 mIU/L, and the coefficients of variation for intra - and inter- assay were bothless than 5 %. The cross - reaction rates with hFSH, hLH and hCG were all lower than 1 %. Thisintact hTSH IRMA kit is stable under storage at 4℃ for 6 weeks. It has been proved to be veryuseful in hyperthyroidism diagnosis.
