摘　　要：简要介绍了防灾公园的定义和防灾功能,重点探讨了防灾公园规划的基本原则,包括统筹规划设计、有效利用开放空间和绿地、平灾结合及安全保障四个方面,并阐述了规划设计程序要点,以期指导防灾公园的规划设计和建设。This paper briefly introduces the definition of disaster prevention park and disaster prevention function of the park, focuses on the exploration on Basic principles of disaster prevention park planning, including the overall planning and design, effective use of open space and green space, and combination of safety and disaster four areas, and then elaborates planning and design procedure points, in order to guide the design and construction of the disaster prevention park planning.
