摘　　要：在简要概括节电发展史及节电产品适用范围的基础上,从调整供电电压、三相电源不平衡等方面分析了节电控制器原理,总结了节电控制器的应用发展,指出通过对节电控制产品的运用能取得显著的经济效益,应加大推广应用范围。On the basis of brief summarizing the development history of the electricity-saving and the application scopes of the electricity-saving products, the thesis analyzes the rationale of the electricity-saving controller from the aspects of adjusting the voltage of the supplied electricity, unbalance of the three-phase supply etc. , concludes the application and development of the electricity-saving controllers, points out we will receive the obvious eoonomical benefits by using the electridty-saving controlling products, and should enlarge and extend their application scopes.
