摘　　要：结合高校基建工程造价控制的特点,就造价人员在工程造价控制中的作用,从工程图纸设计阶段,工程招、投标过程中,工程施工中发生工程变更,经济签证时,工程竣工结算审核四个方面作了比较详细的探讨,以期实现工程造价控制的预期目标。According to the features of college infrastructure project cost control, from four aspects of engineering drawings design stage, engineering tendering and bidding process, engineering change occurred in construction, economic visa and final accounting check, it specifically discusses how the cost members play the role of engineering cost control, in order to achieve project cost control targets.
