摘　　要：阐述了合理低价中标法的含义以及采用合理低价中标法必须坚持的原则,指出合理低价中标法更符合法律实际、更符合我国建筑市场的发展,进而证明了合理低价中标法在建筑工程领域的实用性。The paper illustrates the concept of the reasonable and low-price bidding method, and adopts the principle which must be adhered to in adopting the reasonable low-price bidding method, and points out the reasonable and low-price bidding method must adhere to the law, as well as the development of the architectural industry in China, and proves the applicability of the reasonable and low-price bidding method in architectural projects.
