摘  要:通过卡群电站工程实例,研究讨论了引水式电站冬季输排冰运行的条件和电站前池布局的合理性,对引水式电站前池的各关键部位,提出了具体防冰塞措施,并对SL 211-2006水工建筑物抗冰冻设计规范中的若干问题进行了讨论,供设计、研究人员参考。Through some project examples of Kaqun hydropower station, this paper researches and analysis the conditions for ice sluicing structures of using the diversion canal type of hydroelectric power stations and the layout rationality of power plant fore bay. And it introduces some concrete measures for preventing ice block on the key part of the fore bay of diversion canal type of hydroelectric power stations.. In addition, the author puts forward some own opinions about some issues in the SL 211-2006 Code for design of hydraulic structures against ice and freezing action to provide some references for designers and researchers.
