瑶药毛排钱草三萜类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究毛排钱草的化学成分。方法:通过萃取和硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法对毛排钱草的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果:从毛排钱草中分离鉴定了3个羽扇豆烷型的三萜类化合物,分别是:羽扇豆烯酮(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、白桦脂醇(3)。结论:化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1～3则是首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Phyllodium elegans.Methods：The compounds were isolated and purified by extraction,chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectra analysis.Results：Three triterpenoids were isolated and identified as lupenone（1）,lupeol（2）,betulin（3）.Conclusion：Compound 2 is obtained from the genus for the first time,Compounds 1~3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
