摘　　要：目的:研究猫爪草的化学成分。方法:用乙醇提取,硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及ODS柱色谱分离,采用NMR和MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别为:phillygenin(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP,Ⅱ)、正二十一烷酸甲酯(Ⅲ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇和谷甾醇(Ⅴ和Ⅵ)的混合物、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物I^III为首次从毛茛属植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents from Radix Ranunculi Ternate.Methods：The compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.Results：Eight compounds were isolated and identified as phillygenin（Ⅰ）,bis-（2-ethylhexyl）phthalate（DEHP,Ⅱ）,henicosanoic acid methyl ester（Ⅲ）,5-hydroxymethyl-furfural（Ⅳ）,mixture of stigmasterol and sitosterol（Ⅴ and Ⅵ）,daucosterol（Ⅶ）.Conclusion：Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ are isolated from the genus for the first time.
