摘　　要：从羟丙基-β-环糊精的国内外管理现状、质量标准研究、安全性评价、临床应用、研究开发等几个方面出发,阐述了其应用于新药研发中的可行性和障碍,为采用该辅料研制新药、申报新药提供信息参考。In the aspects of administration status both home and abroad, quality standard, safety evaluation, clinical application and research development, the feasibility and obstacles of hydroxypropyl- β- cyclodextrin in the research and development of new drugs were discussed. This article provides the useful information to the development and application of new drugs using this pharmaceutical excipient.
