高效液相色谱法测定复方红藤灌肠剂中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方红藤灌肠剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax Extend-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-醋酸(80:20:0.1),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,柱温25℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.0344～0.344μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.30%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏、简便、快速,适用于复方红藤灌肠剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determine tanshinone ⅡA in Compound Hongteng Enema by HPLC. Methods Tanshinone ⅡA in the enema was separated by HPLC on the Agilent Zorbax Extend- C18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol- water- acetic acid （80：20：0. 1） as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the column temperature was 25℃. Results There was the good linear relationship with the range of 0. 034 4- 0. 344 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 101.30% （RSD =0.67%, n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of Compound Hougteng Enema.
