左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血30例

摘　　要：目的观察左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果。方法将60例维持性血液透析患者随机均分成两组,均于血液透析后皮下注射促红细胞生成素,每周150U/kg;治疗组加用左卡尼汀1.0g,静脉注射,每周2次,3个月为1个疗程。结果1个疗程结束时,治疗组血红蛋白和红细胞压积水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀能显著提高促红细胞生成素对血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效,可减少促红细胞生成素的用量。Objective To observe the curative effect of renal anemia treated with L- carnitine and erythropoietin（EPO）. Methods Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our dialysis center were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group. The patients in the two groups were subcutaneously injected EPO after hemodialysis with the week dose of 150 U/kg for 3 months. The patients of the treatment group were added 1.0 g L- carnitine twice a week by intravenous injection. Results The level of Hb and Hct of the theatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion L- camitine can improve the treatment effect to renal anemia and also decrease the dose of EPO.
