交锁髓内钉内固定治疗长骨骨折89例报道

摘　　要：目的总结长骨骨折交锁髓内钉治疗经验,减少治疗并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析该院89例交锁髓内钉治疗长骨骨折患者临床资料,总结其疗效和并发症发生情况。结果所有患者随访7~12个月,平均9个月。术后1周内复查X光片见骨折对位对线良好,82例达解剖复位。新鲜骨折愈合时间3~8个月,平均4.5个月;陈旧性骨折愈合时间3~6个月,平均5.0个月。89例患者有82例患者愈合,6例延迟愈合。其中,2例延迟愈合均为感染性因素所致,细菌培养均显示为表皮葡萄球菌;经治疗后愈合,2例的愈合时间分别为6个月和7个月。结论髓内钉治疗长骨骨折疗效好,规范细致的操作是减少并发症的重要手段。Aim To summarize the experience of long bone fractures treated with interlocking nails, so as to reduce the incidence of complications. Method The clinical data of 89 eases of this hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The efficacy and complications were summed up. Result All patients were followed up 7 to 12 months, an average of 9 months. Reviewed within 1 week after fracture-ray film, all patients had a good counterpoint to the wire. Up to 82 eases had anatomical reduction. The healing time of fresh fracture was 3 to 8 months, an average of 4.5 months. The healing time of old fracture was 3 to 6 months, an average of 5.0 months. For 89 patients,82 patients were healed, and 6 eases were delayed healing,2 of which were caused by epidermidis staphylococcus infection, and after drainage, catheter flushing, sensitive antibiotic anti-infective treatment and braking,it took them 6 months or 7 months to heal respectively. Conclusion Intramedullary nail is a good treatment for long bone fractures. Standard and detailed operation is an important means for reducing complications.
