摘　　要：本文举例说明了当前互联网对国家政治、思想文化、经济等方面的影响,阐述了当前互联网的利弊,指出第一代互联网为人类社会作出了巨大贡献,但目前互联网地址空间不足,且存在许多安全问题,需要加强下一代网络安全技术的研究,需要进一步加强网络管理,加强教育,挽救已患网瘾的青少年。要采取有效措施,促进互联网健康发展,使之成为人们工作、学习、交流、娱乐的良好工具。本文还提出了加强NGN安全管理的措施。The article illustrates the Internet for political,ideological and cultural and economic aspects,this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of current Internet,points out that the first generation of Internet has made great contribution to human society,but the Internet address space is insufficient,and there are many security issues,needs to strengthen NGN security technology research,needs to further strengthen the network management,strengthen education,youth addiction had saved.To adopt effective measures to promote the healthy development of the Internet,make it to a good tool for people work,study,communication and entertainment The paper also puts forward the measures to strengthen NGN safety management.
