摘  要:为了研究玻璃纤维增强复合材料的紫外线老化行为,进行了紫外线加速老化试验.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、差式扫描量热仪和力学测试方法,分析了玻璃纤维增强复合材料老化前后的表面形态与力学性能变化.研究表明,随着紫外线辐射时间的延长,试样的拉伸强度和冲击载荷峰值总体上呈先上升后下降趋势,但冲击性能对紫外线的敏感程度要远低于拉伸性能.短期紫外线辐射会引起试样的后固化,造成Tg及力学性能的上升;而长时间的光老化降解作用会导致大分子链断裂,造成Tg和力学性能的下降.To evaluate the aging behavior of glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester composites,an artificial accelerated aging test was carried out with the UV lamp.Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM),Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and mechanical testing methods were used to analyze the structure and mechanical properties.The results indicated that the tensile strength and impacting max load increased slightly,and then decreased sharply.Tensile property was easier to be effected than impact property by UV radiation.So the conclusion was drawn that short-term UV radiation could promote post cure,and post-cure might increase Tg and the mechanical properties;but long-term UV radiation would lead to the broken of macromolecule chain and as a result,Tg and tensile strength would decrease.
