摘　　要：本文主要阐述欧洲议会与《里斯本条约》的相互影响。欧洲议会在《里斯本条约》的起草和缔结过程中发挥了重要作用,也因《里斯本条约》的生效获得了更多的权力。文章首先分析了欧洲议会在《欧盟宪法条约》和《里斯本条约》的起草及缔结过程中发挥的作用;其次分析了《里斯本条约》对欧洲议会的影响,如议会参与立法权、预算权、监督权的扩大以及未来组成的新变化;最后对欧洲议会在《里斯本条约》生效后面临的若干挑战作了简要评述。This paper tries to analyse the interaction between the European Parliament and the Treaty of Lisbon. The European Parliament had played an important role in the drafting and ratification process of the Treaty of Lisbon and it is also the actor that benefits most from the Treaty. The first part of this paper gives an introduction of the role of the European Parliament in the drafting and signing of both the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe and the Treaty of Lisbon. The second part casts a light on the influences of the Treaty of Lisbon on the European Parliament,especially through the strengthening of its legislative,budgetary and scrutiny powers and its future composition. A simple evaluation of the challenges that the European Parliament faces after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon is provided at the end of the paper.
