改良丝线环扎加十字张力带固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

摘　　要：目的:研究改良的双10号丝线环扎加十字张力带固定术式治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的方法和疗效。方法:采用10号慕丝线先行环扎复位,再利用两侧环扎后尾线做十字型张力带固定并修补及加强关节囊,石膏夹板固定4～8周。结果:所有患者均完全康复,无并发病,关节功能活动正常。结论:这种方法能最大限度保持髌骨的完整性及功能性,有效地预防术后并发症,且费用低廉,特别适合于基层及经济欠发展地区的患者。Purpose：Study methods and efficacy of dual-10# silk thread-cerclage and cross-thread tension band fixation for treatment of patella fracture.Method：firs,t10# silk thread is used to reset,then,use both sides of the ring ligation done after the last line of cross-shaped tension-band fixation,and repair and strengthen the joint capsule,plaster splint mix it 4～8weeks.Result：All patients fully recovered without complications and normal activities of joint function.Conclusion：This method can maximally maintain the integrity and functionality of the patella,effective prevention of postoperative complications,and lower costs,particularly suitable for the grassroots and the economically less developed areas of the patient.
