高血压社区综合性干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区综合性干预对原发性高血压患者血压的控制作用。方法:2007年6月～2008年7月以武汉市常青花园社区为样本总体,选取年龄在35岁以上符合1级和2级高血压病诊断标准的高血压患者402例,随机分为干预组206例与对照组196例,对照组仅给予基础降压药物治疗,干预组实施综合性干预措施,观察2组患者血压控制效果。结果:干预前,两组患者之间比较在相关行为变化上无差异;干预后,干预组除戒烟与对照组无明显差异外,其他方面均有明显改善,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。干预后,干预组与对照组血压控制情况比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合性干预是原发性高血压防治的重要干预措施和有效途径。Objective：To discuss the prevention effect on essential hypertension of comprehensive intervention in community.Methods：From June 2007 to July 2008,to take 402 patients who,aging above 35 years old,get primary or secondary hypertension as groups of samples which,from the population of ChangQing Garden community,stochastically,have been divided into invention group of 206 samples,and control group of 196 samples;the intervention group has been only taken the ordinary treatment by antihypertensive drugs,while control group by comprehensive intervention ,then follow up the results of treatment of both groups.Results：1.No significant differences on relative practices for both groups before the intervention;after intervention significant differences have been shown between all aspects of both groups （P〈0.01）but smoking quit.Significant differences have been shown on prevention effect on hypertension（P〈0.05）for both groups.Conclusion：The comprehensive intervention is a basilic and effectual prevention and treatment for essential hypertension in community
