摘　　要：目的:使用自行研制开发的新一代BTJ-IA型家庭远程无线心电呼吸记录仪进行临床远程实时心电传输,评价其在临床中的使用价值与诊断可靠程度。方法:对50名受试对象进行共220例次的心电-电话传输,评价其传输的效率、质量、准确度及诊断敏感度。结果:心电均为一次接通成功,远程传输成功率高,传输过程稳定。所有传输图形信息质量优良,基本无干扰,没有出现断线现象。心律失常诊断一致性高。结论:BTJ-IA型远程无线心电呼吸记录仪使用方便,生命信息传输成功率高,传输过程稳定,传输质量高,对心律失常的诊断、缺血性心脏病的早期发现与监测有重要作用,适合社区推广。Objective： To study the monitoring files of BTJ- I A transtelephonic electrocardiography system, compare the ECG transmitted by this system with bedside ECG.Discussion of BTJ-[ A transtelephonic electrocardiography system in health evaluation, including making diagnosis of occasional arrhythmia, and the prediction to the cardiovascular accidents. Methods： 50 patients were included and total 220 cases were analized. The efficacy, quality and accuracy of transmission and sensitivity of diagnosis were evaluated.Results：All the cases were successfully transmitted at first time. The whole transmission processes were stable. All the transmissions were in good quality and no interruptions were found. The diagnosis of transmission were highly coincident with the diagnosis according to the normal ECG. Conclusions ：The system is beneficial to prevent all kinds of severe cardiac accidents and sudden cardiac death, to decrease the mortality of heart disease. BTJ- I A transtelephonic electrocardiography system has good adventures in out-hospital monitoring and preventing networks compared with the traditional techniques.
