摘　　要：目的、指导患者合理用药，提高用药依从性。方法查阅相关文献和药品说明书，对常用口服药品按用药时间、服用方法、用药限制等要素进行归纳、整理并分析。结果药物具有最佳使用时间性。同一种药物，同一种剂量，在一天中的不同时间给药，产生的效果和毒性不同。结论临床上若按照最佳给药时间来使用药物，既可提高药效，减少用药量；又可减少不良反应的发生，对指导患者合理用药有一定作用。使临床用药更加有效、安全、经济、合理。Objective To guide medication and improve compliance.Methods To collect the pertinent literature and medicine directions, according to the factors of medicine times, taking methods and using restrictions to make a summary, collating and analysing for the common orally administered. Results Drugs have the best taking moment. With the same kind and dose of drug, delivering in different times can result different effects and toxicity. Conol us ion In clinical,＂ the best taking moment can improve efficacy, reduce the dosage and the incidence of adverse reactions.So this can guiding rational drug use in patients and also to make medication more effective, economic, rational and safer.
