益气活血对奥沙利铂神经毒性的干预作用

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血中药对奥沙利铂神经毒性的拮抗作用。方法对接受奥沙利铂化疗的54例肿瘤患者，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在应用奥沙利铂化疗的同时配合益气活血中药治疗，对照组单用化疗。结果治疗组与对照组比较，两组临床疗效相似，但治疗组神经毒性的发生数以及发生程度明显低于对照维。结论益气活血中药能有效的干预和拮抗奥沙利铂的神经毒性。Objective To observe the antagonism of Chinese Medicine of Yiqi Huoxue to oxaliplatin neurotoxicity. Methods The 54 cases of cancer patients who accepted the oxaliplatin chemotherapy, divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group accepted oxaliplatin chemotherapy combined with Chinese Medicine of Yiqi Huoxue, and the control groups only accepted oxaliplatin chemotherapy. Result But the clinical effect may be similar in the treatment and control groups. But for the occurrence rate and degree of oxaliplatin neurotoxicity, the treatment groups is lowerthan control groups. Conclusions the Chinese Medicine of Yiqi Huoxue can intervene and antagonize the oxaliplatin neurotoxicity
